About This Tool
The Calorie Calculator helps you estimate your daily calorie needs based on your age, gender, weight, height, and activity level. This tool uses the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and daily energy expenditure.
How to Use?
- Enter your Age and select Gender.
- Input your Weight (kg).
- Choose your Height unit (CM or Feet/Inches) and enter the height.
- Select your Activity Level.
- Click the Calculate button to see your daily calorie requirement.
- Use the Clear button to reset the inputs.
